William Wayne Quintanilla World War II Veteran went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 29, 2019 at the age of 94. He will be reunited with his loving wife Carolyn M. Quintanilla. <br />
He is survived by his children Wayne Quintanilla Jr. & his wife Dahlia; son Wiley L. Quintanilla and his only daughter Charlise Kunz along with her husband Duke Kunz. He also leaves behind his sister Patsy Pearce, brother-in-law Bob Pearce; his grandchildren Tony Quintanilla, Sandy Quintanilla, David Quintanilla, April Quintanilla, Carol Erdrich, Amanda and Ian Conrad; his great grandchildren Justin Quintanilla, Donovan Erdrich, Boston, Bentley, and Bayler Conrad; his nephew Alan Miller. <br />
William worked in the Restaurant industry for over 60 years. He owned his own BBQ Restaurant for 18 years. William loved to cook and enjoyed hosting dinners and parties. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, and San Antonio Spurs fan. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. <br />
Services will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach, on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., shelter one.
