Taffy Latchison, 55, Richmond passed away on January 8, 2019. She was born to parents, Lucille Woods & Arther McCoy on July 21, 1963 in Martinez, California. <br /> <br /> She graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1982. <br /> She went on to study pharmacy tech, health science, biology and nutrition at Merit College; she graduated with a associates degree. <br /> <br /> She loved to party and dance, where she and her sons were regular guests on the tv show, Loft Tv Dance Party. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. One of her passions were old school Kung fu movies. <br /> <br /> She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Woods-Latchison; her grandmother, Erma Ratliff-McCoy; grandfather, Memphis Latchison Sr.; step-grandad, Walter McCoy; auntie, Sylvia White; auntie, Gloria Latchison; and her late husband, Clayton Thomas Sr. <br /> <br /> Taffy is survived by her sons, Clayton B. Thomas Jr., Cymone Deion Thomas & Cleo Deonte Thomas; her grandchildren, Clayton B Thomas III, Keilani Amiyah Thomas, Leila Aliyah Chavez, Xavier Chavez & Malakhi Elijah Thomas; and siblings, Andre Westbrook, Jeffery Westbrook Sr. and Demeshi Woods. <br /> <br /> Honorary Pallbearers: Tony Thomas, Eric Jackson Jr., Zayonta McBride, Jeffery Westbrook Jr. , Andre Westbrook Jr., Andrew Westbrook, Calib Westbrook, and Askari Westbrook. <br /> <br /> The family has entrusted Best Cremation Care with the arrangements. An event is scheduled for February 2, 2019 at 10:00 at Zion Hill Baptist Church on 901 Mariposa street, Rodeo, CA.
