Mary Walsh

July 25, 1961 - May 7, 2019

Mary Walsh, 57, of Las Vegas, NV, passed away on May 7, 2019. She was born to Regina Reese and Phillip Cossar, on July 25, 1961, in Albuquerque, NM, and was raised by her grandparents, James and Mary Reese.

She joins her beloved husband, Patrick Walsh, who recently passed away on February 24th, just before their 25th wedding anniversary. They met in St. Louis and married on April 30, 1994.

As a couple, they were truly meant to be. Both were animal lovers and always were looking to add another to the family. Both were extremely talented at home improvement and could take a house from the studs to a finished product. Mary also made holidays very special and followed the principle that if you didn't have leftovers for days, you didn't make enough food. And Patrick was always more than happy to help with that, one plate at a time.

In addition to her husband, parents, and grandparents; Mary is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Reese.

Those left to cherish Mary's memory and tell countless stories of her life are her three children: Stefan Ebert & Trisha Ebert of Boca Raton, Florida & Ian Walsh of Portland, Oregon; and her brother, Robert Reese of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Also, remembering Mary are her aunt, Phyllis & uncle, Bill Franek; and cousins, Lisa Parker, Robyn Horst & Shelly Schuster.

Many thanks to all those who were there for Mary over the years, including Patrick's family and all her friends in Las Vegas and St. Louis.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Mary Walsh - Memorial Fund, raising money for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) research. *Please Copy+Paste this link into your browser*
>

A memorial and celebration of her life will be announced soon.

Mary was my second cousin. I remember connecting with her at a family reunion in Warrenton and noticing right away how much she looked like her beautiful mother. I found her to have such a sweet personality and a beautiful smile. My heart is breaking for her family.
