Janice Lillian Davidson was born on December 19, 1945 as the second oldest child between the union of the late Joe Davidson Jr. & the late <br /> Frances Ayler. Janice grew up in Unity Baptist Church in Detroit and also <br /> attended Detroit Public Schools. Janice met Luis Taylor in her late teens to this union three daughters were born: Candace,Krystal and Julie. <br /> <br /> Janice spent 23 years making desserts that we all love at Hostess Bakery. She worked at Hostess from the early 1970's thru mid 1994. Janice had a lively personality and had a zest for life. Although Janice was often late, you could always count on her showing up. She worked hard, but she played harder as well enjoying an active social life with numerous trends and family. <br /> <br /> Janice was very family-oriented and worked hard to maintain family ties. Janice was active in the lives of her grandchildren. She especially enjoyed all the holidays and festivities with family. Janice later found new love in life and wed James Harris in 1995. She enjoyed traveling with her companion in her early retirement. <br /> <br /> <br /> Janice was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Lennie,Michael & Ronald. She leaves to cherish her memories:(siblings)Joe Davidson III, Frances Hall(children)Candace(James Lomax)Krystal Taylor,Julie Taylor <br /> (Grandchildren)Amber,Ebonie,Nez,Jade,James,Demarco,Fred,Corey,Ivan,Ivory,Brandon(great-grand)Brent,Emonie,Caelyn,Antwone Jr & Matteo. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews,cousins and closed friends.
