Isabel Sampson Bielecki, 87 went home to be with the Lord October 31, 2019. <br /> Born September 27, 1932 in Pembroke NC to Orlen S. Sampson and Addell Carter Sampson Reep. Isabel moved to Baltimore, MD where she would live until retiring as the first female leader at Cleaner Hangers in 1992. She was a talented artist who traveled to Germany to display her work. Isabel retired with her loving husband of 44 years, Thomas (Tommy) M Bielecki in Maysville, WV. After losing her husband Isabel moved to Pensacola, FL to be close to her sister Katheryn and her husband William Griffith. She resided with her loving niece Victoria, her husband Steve and their children Sarah, Matthew and Jacob. She was thankful to spend time with those she loved. <br /> Isabel is survived by her grandchildren Wesley L. Krempel Jr. (Jeanine), Scott Krempel (Natalie), Nicole Martinetti (Michael), Ryan W. Krempel, Wesley R. Krempel (Sara); 21 great and great-great grandchildren; brothers, Orlen Hayes Sampson, Ronald Sampson and Paul Reep and a bounty of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Tommy; her son Wesley L. Krempel, Sr.; her great granddaughter Ashley J Krempel; her parents; sisters, Katheryn Sampson Griffith and Adeline Krempel; brothers, Stanford and Kenneth Sampson; step brothers, James and John Sampson. <br /> Isabel wished to be laid to rest near her only child in Allentown, PA. A memorial will be scheduled in the future

    Isabel attended our church in Falls WV. She was a beautiful soul and we loved her. She always had a smile. She and her good friend Ann Hesse are having a reunion in heaven.
