Eleanor "Elly" Ritter (Danziger)

April 28, 1936 - March 30, 2019

Elly Ritter, age 82, of Fullerton, CA passed away Saturday, March 30, 2019. She passed peacefully in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by her husband of 22 years and her kitties. <br /> <br /> Elly was born April 28, 1936 in the Bronx, NY. She loved to dance, she was active in a several dance teams throughout her life and taught line dancing for many years. Elly was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She was an extraordinary woman full of enthusiasm for life. Her wit and humor were unmatched by those half her age; and her kind and generous nature touched everyone who met her. <br /> <br /> She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Tex Ritter; brother, Larry Danziger; sister, Carol Danziger Kellerman; daughters, Annette Kord & Sheri Sahl Hayhurst Smith; son, Jason O'Canna; step-daughters, Shannon Ritter & Penny Dunham; and many grandchildren & great grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. Elly will be greatly missed and in our hearts forever.

    Elly was one of the sweetest people I have had the chance to meet. I always enjoyed her company. It was fun watching her teach line dancing during the times we would go out. RIP Elly, you will be missed very much. God has gained another beautiful angel. Enjoy your wings, you deserve them!
