I created a memorial video for my Dad: https://youtu.be/RdMKysugkH0

My dad was my best friend here on Earth. Even in times when no one else would understand me and the things that I was going through, he's the only one that always would. We had an inseparable bond. Throughout my life, I always would thank him for being the best, most unconditionally loving dad that a kid could ever ask for. He always gave credit to his lord and savior, Jesus Christ. He was one of the most selfless, kind and loving people a person could ever meet. That last person he ever thought of was himself. He would text me often and I always made it a point to take time out of my life to always go down and spend time with my dad, even when he moved a few hours away. My favorite memories of him are long and sprawling because he's so omnipresent and rich in my memory. My favorite memories of him though are every time he would get tears in his eyes every time he would tell me about Jesus. Jesus is who he embodied. It was who he ultimately lived for and it showed through his immense, unconditional love for his family. He always told me that without Jesus, he would be nothing. I love you dad. You will always be with me.

My dad was the best father I could’ve ever hoped to have. Growing up, he would wake up early and work his landscape business all day during sunlight hours, then he would come home and make dinner for all of his kids. Nothing was ever too much for him because of the love he had for his family. His dedication to his family extended through his entire life. Anytime I would visit my dad, he always made me a home cooked meal. He was the most nurturing father. He will be so deeply missed by me and his grandshildren.
