Cynthia Ann Graf, age 57, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2020, at Community Hospice and Palliative Care in Jacksonville, FL with her husband by her side. She was born July 22, 1962, to Carl (Heide) and Alice Heidepriem and grew up in Oakwood, OH. She was a 1981 graduate of Paulding High School and Vantage Vocational School in northwest Ohio. She married Michael Graf Sr on November 23, 1985 and they had three children: Michael, Jr., Ryan and Victoria. Cindy truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family long distance on the phone and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She had a huge heart and often opened her home to others in their time of need. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Michael Sr; two sons, Michael, Jr. and Ryan; daughter, Victoria;, all of Jacksonville; a sister, Chris (Heidepriem) Seemann of Napoleon, OH; grandchildren, Marie Mott, Jimmy Mott Graf and Nataleigh Graf, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother and grandparents. A celebration of Cindy's life is being planned for a later date in Jacksonville, FL and in Oakwood, OH.

    Cindy is my sister in law, she was always a happy lady, she would do anything to help a fellow family member ...I remember all the family gatherings, she always made sure that she saw each one of us all the time...she will be missed!!

    Cindy will be missed dearly! She as a sweet woman who always opened her heart and home to others! She was a wonderful woman and I have many fond memories with her and Heaven just gained another sweet Angel!
