Charles Ware

December 26, 1961 - February 25, 2019

Charles Ware, who was the first of 7 born on December 26, 1961 to the union of Lillie Mae Ware and Hoyett B Ware Jr (who proceeded him in death). Upon leaving the hospital, Lillie and Hoyett couldn't think of a baby name for him, so for some months he was known to the world as "No Name Baby Boy Ware", which was placed on his birth certificate until they both agreed to name him Charles.

Charles accepted Christ at a young age and went to church faithfully at Body of Christ Baptist Church. Charles attended Sunset Elementary, Mark Twain Junior High, and Venice High School.

Charles loved to go around helping people, he would go around town with daddy loading and unloading refrigerators and junk as they would call it. Charles also took a course for auto mechanic and was so excited when he was told that he has passed his exam! From that day forward, he went on helping others throughout the community. Charles also worked at the local liquor store and also local car wash.

Charles was a party person; if nobody would be on the dance floor, he would be. He loved to dance and would light the dance floor up with them funky moves he would break out doing. He knew how to get the crowd up and on their feet. You can say he was the life of the party.

Charles was proceeded in death by his baby brother, Torie Ware; and stepson Antwon Posey. He leaves to cherish his memories 5 siblings, Ruby Johnson (David Johnson) of Las Vegas, NV, Hoyett Ware III (Doris Ware) of Inglewood, CA, Willie Ware of Los Angeles, CA, Terry Ware of Las Vegas, NV & Austin Lee Ware of San Luis Obispo, CA; 2 nephews, Le'Marr Ware-Hodnett & Ronnie Vaughn Jr.; 3 nieces, Le'Keidra Hodnett, Rosha Archie & Romeisha Archie; 3 great nieces, Brielle Hodnett, Alani Davidson & Ja'Saya Austin; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
