Connie Jean Edmonds July 27, 1958 - July 28, 2018

Connie Jean Edmonds, the daughter of the late James W. Edmonds and Sarah V. Edmonds, was born July 27, 1958 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She received her primary education in IPS 64 , she attended Manual High School. 
Connie was the proud mother of three children, two daughters Sherrece Edmonds and Kikeea Edmonds and one son Terence P. Edmonds. Connie raised her children to be independent and strong. Connie also helped raise many of her grandchildren.
Connie was loving, caring , compassionate, she loved everybody and met no stranger. She loved to dance, sing, crochet and knitting and watching her grandkids, which were her world. Connie enjoyed a career in housekeeping at Auntie Mae Childcare.
Connie professed a hope in Christ at an early age. She was a member of the Mt. Calvary F.W.B. Church.
Connie, departed this life on Saturday, July 28, 2018, at 12:19 P.M., at the age of sixty years and one day. 
Connie preceded in death by father James W. Edmonds, mother Sarah V. Edmonds, brother Walter J. Shanks, sister Brenda V. Edmonds, and sister Irene D. Clark.
Connie leaves to cherish her loving memory, daughters Sherrece Edmonds, Kikeea Edmonds, and son Terence P. Edmonds; brothers Alfredest Edmonds, Johnny Edmonds; sisters Linda (Terry) Wiseman, and Barbara Edmonds; eight grandchildren - granddaughters La'Nay M. Edmonds, Azalene Bledsoe , Makayla Jacobs, Kenyla Jacobs and Nivea Edmonds, and grandsons Robert J. Garrett, Jalen J. Garrett , Tyrice J.Hoskins; and three great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
