Connie Ann Craft was born on May 02, 1966 to the late James W. Edmonds and Sarah V. Edmonds in Shelby, NC, where she also received her primary education and graduated from Shelby High School in 1983. Connie passed away September 12, 2018 at at the age of 52 years old in Raleigh, North Carolina. <br /> <br /> Connie was the proud wife of eight years to husband, David Craft, and the proud mother to two daughters, Heather Foster (husband Tim Foster) of Gastonia, NC and Amanda Clark (husband Brian Clark) of Shelby, NC and one son, Danny Black (girlfriend Elizabeth Thompson) of Goldsboro, NC. Connie raised her children to be independent and strong. Connie was also a proud grandmother to 5 grandchildren: 2 grandsons ages 14, 11 and had 3 granddaughters ages 8, 6 and 4 months. <br /> <br /> Connie was loving, caring , compassionate, she loved everybody and met no stranger. She loved to dance, sing, and watching her grandkids, which were her world. Connie enjoyed a career In the health field and loved helping everyone she could. She professed a hope in Christ at a early age. Connie would visited Marantha Seventh-day Adventist Church in Goldsbro, NC on a lot of Sundays. <br /> <br /> Connie was preceded in death by father James W. Edmonds, mother Sarah V. Edmonds, and brother Walter J. Shanks. Connie leaves to cherish her loving memory to her husband of eight years David Craft; daughter Heather Foster and husband Tim Foster; daughter Amanda Clark and husband Brian Clark; son Danny Black and girlfriend Elizabeth Thompson; grandsons Austin (14), Alex (8); grandaughters Kayla (6),Nevaeh (4) and Breanna (1); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Connie will be missed and loved everyday from her family. But know she is looking down on them and will protect them until they meet again at the Heaven&apos;s gates.

    I went to school with connie and was proud to call her my friend. She was the first to 3ver talk to me at shelby i wish i would had stayed in contact with her. My prayers at wiyh the whole family

    Connie was the nicest woman i ever had the plesure of meeting.
    She was a great mother and grandmother. She will be missed dearly.
